Ajay Poddar, Managing Director: A BS & MS in Computer Engineering and Science, and MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University (NYU), Ajay has over 17 years of experience in the IT world. He manages Artech’s Project Management Services business and corporate-wide quality initiatives. Besides, he supervises Artech’s Offshore Development Centers and its international operations in the Asia-Pac and EMEA regions. Ajay has senior management relationships with many leaders in the top 50 US corporate financial and insurance institutions.

Yogendra Tripathi, Senior Vice President-India: A PG Diploma in Foreign Trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, and B Tech from IIT, Madras (India), Yogendra has around 24 years of rich experience in international and domestic business development, P & L management, operations, project management, technology development and strategic planning with both start-up and growth organizations. He is responsible for leveraging the Artech advantage for the Group’s Indian growth trajectory.

Varun Mehra, Vice President, Business Practice: An MBA in Strategy and Finance and a Bachelor in Hospitality Science, Varun has 10 years of industry experience with management positions in Investment Banking, Operational Consulting and Management Practice. He oversees Artech’s relationships with key accounts; and has recently been tasked with new business development and forming global strategic partnerships to facilitate Artech's expansion plans.
