Flat Organization: Our ‘Flat Organization’ Policy has evolved from the principle: ‘Open communication is the pivot of sustainable success’. Under this policy we organize regular, periodical open house sessions for employees. Conducted by the HR Department, these sessions are known as HR Helpdesk.

Besides, under this policy, Artech’ites are provided lateral access to middle, senior and top management of the Company on work-related and personal growth issues.
